Notifying the Recipient

I want to print something to give to the recipient on Christmas, do you have a pre-designed gift note I can print?

Can I have an email sent to the recipient on Christmas Day informing them of the gift they will receive?

After placing an order you will receive an email with instructions. Click on the link in the email, complete the form, and we will send an email to the recipient on Christmas morning notifying them of the gift and the expected delivery date.

 

 I added a gift note during checkout. Will this be included with the Trunk?

Yes, gift notes added during checkout will be placed directly inside of the trunk.

 

Do you include any pricing information in the trunk?

No, we never include pricing information in any of our trunks.

 

Shipping & Delivery

When will my trunk be delivered?

Trunks ordered as part of this offer will be shipped no later than mid-January. You will be emailed a shipping confirmation when your order ships. It will include a USPS tracking link so you can track when the order is delivered.

 

Can I choose a date earlier than mid-January during checkout?

No, all orders for the GMA offer will not be delivered until Mid-January, even if you select an earlier date.

 

 

Can I purchase multiple trunks and ship them to different addresses?

Yes, however each address must be a different order. Our system can only ship to one address per order.

 

Does someone need to sign for the order when it is delivered?

No.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to US addresses, US territories and Military Address (APO, DPO, FPO) only.

 

Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes, all trunks can be returned, however the customer will be charged return shipping as well as a restocking fee. All returned products must be received undamaged, unopened, and in the original condition.

 

What if the order is damaged during shipment?

We stand behind all orders damaged during shipment. If you receive a damaged trunk, be sure to take photos of the damage and email support@tastetrunk.com with the images and a description of the damage.
