How do I choose my delivery date?
Click on the shopping cart button at the top right of the screen and follow the "View Cart" button.
How soon can I have a trunk delivered?
When choosing your delivery date, you must select at least 5 business days from the date of your order to allow for fulfillment and shipping time. NOTE: For orders of more than 4 trunks, please select no sooner than 10 business days from the date of your order.
Will my trunk arrive on the exact day I selected?
We cannot guarantee that your order will arrive on the exact date you selected. We try our best to get it there within 1-2 business days either before of after your selected date. Many things are out of our control, such as delays with USPS. These can affect your delivery date in an unexpected way.
My trunk says "delivered" on the tracking link but I did not receive it.
Once USPS has received the package, there is not much we can do other than follow the tracking link. If USPS has marked a package as "delivered" but you did not receive it, then you need to contact your local post office to follow up with them. Sometimes this can be carrier error, other times is can be theft. Taste Trunk has no way of knowing which is the case without you first contacting your local Post Office and inquiring directly.
I received an order confirmation, but my tracking link does not yet show anything.
This means your order is still on the loading dock. The tracking information will be updated shortly. If it does not change after multiple days please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
When do membership & subscription trunks arrive each month?
Your first trunk will arrive 5-7 days from your date of purchase. Thereafter, monthly subscriptions and memberships will ship out by the 15 - 20th of the month.
I just ordered a trunk, when will it arrive?
Please allow 5-7 business days for your trunk to arrive.
Can I Cancel my Order?
Yes, but you must cancel within 24 hours of your purchase.
