Olive Oil and Sel Gris Flat Bread
Compliments all cheese and spreads and is a great palate cleanser in a cheese tasting or for a winery tasting room. Using grey sea salt from France, this flat bread has trace minerals we need found only in natural sea salt. This is the same flatbread that we make exclusivly for the "Cowgirl Creamery". Excellent compliment to Mt. Tam, Point Reyes Blue Cheese or Bleu D'Auvergne.
